Andrea Lozada’s Photoshoot

Last week I had the pleasure of being responsible to make Andrea Lozada look her best for one of her projects, a photoshoot. Creating a complete makeover from coloring, cutting and styling her hair to the makeup looks. The idea was bringing out the best of her loving openhearted personality… And I think we did.

The genius talented videographer/photographer, Davitte Taveras was responsible for taking these great shoots.

Andrea Lozada is a recording artist, author and educator in the field of self-development. Her songs have charted on 3 continents. Billboard Magazine called her “an ethereal poet with a talent for writing infectious hooks”!

Wei Pei TAN

A couple months ago I was contacted by one of the most reputable group of wedding photographer in Singapore who found me through the internet for a post wedding photoshoot, here in NY the past October 29^th and 30^th for a couple from Singapore as well; their names are Mr Jason LIU & Ms Wei Pei Tan… What a lovely couple!

I was very excited for this project because it was something different, doing this type of shoot with actually a real bride? It was so much fun! We did it for a day and a half and in each day I created a different makeup/hair look that brings out the best in her… Here are some pics from the first day.

The second day we started very early in the morning, the weather was just perfect.

Central Park was the chosen destination for the photoshoot as it is a place that holds significant memory to them.

We have a little bit of everything in the park and eating hot dogs was our first choice.

And these are some runners stopping by to say bellissima and cheering up, it was quite funny.

Valerie Smaldone’s promotional photoshoot

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to work for the first time with radio DJ, Valerie Smaldone, who was referred by my dear friend Valerie Romanoff.  We were doing a promotional shoot for her new upcoming radio show. For the hair and makeup, I gave her a sexy tough-cop style that she carried very well.
